My Review: This "sweet blush" wine was in my opinion, quite the opposite. It was not as sweet as I expected. It tasted very bitter. It should not be priced at $22.00 a bottle. For a plum wine I was expecting a sweeter wine but as we learned in class, you cannot base sweetness on color. Overall, this wine was hard for me to finish. I would not buy it again.
I did not try this wine with food.
